Library Associations are essential for libraries in many ways – for their commitment to bringing professional development opportunities to staff, for networking on many levels, and for the opportunities to participate in vital roles that stimulate the work we do.  I am grateful for the encouragement this scholarship brings me to join in with the Florida Library Association’s annual conference this year, and especially excited about the topic of “The Next Frontier.”  I look forward to learning and connecting!
